An one-time casting pattern subjected to destruction in a sand mold is assembled of repetitive elements into a honeycomb structure, which is characterized in that it has outlines of a DNA molecule model, namely, the shape of circular stairs with two cores that are stranded together and twisted to the right in the form of a double spiral, and identical beams arranged perpendicularly to the axis of the double spiral, while a double spiral of the pattern has a diameter d, turn pitch - l at l=1.7·d, the number of identical beams for a full turn - 10, each of which is turned relative to the previous one by 36°, and spaced from it at a distance . In addition, the repetitive elements with height h along the axis of the double spiral, which make up the cores, can be twisted at an angle of 360°·h/l and can be mounted on flexible axes with an option of their twisting into a double spiral, whose form keeps or fixes the pattern of the gating system, which is attached to this double spiral. Also, the repetitive elements may be provided with lateral slots and a tape of plastic film may be inserted into these slots, filaments or wires in the form of a flexible bearing or guiding axis, or repetitive elements may be strung on a core that is an internal reinforcement or refrigerator at manufacture of a casting using this pattern, or made of metal which is used for casting. |
