PURPOSE: A cake fixing device and a cake plate are provided to prevent slip of a cake by stably fixing the cake on the cake plate. CONSTITUTION: A cake fixing main body(110) is mounted to the plate side of a cake plate. A supporting protrusion(120) fixes the cake by being located in the center region of the fixing main body. A fixing protrusion(130) is coupled to the cake plate by being located near a fixed sphere. The supporting protrusion includes a pyramid type supporting protrusion with an empty inner space and a specific incline. Four edge parts(121-124) consists of a vertical part and an inclined part which are vertically extended from the upper edge of a through hole(111A). Four side parts(125-128) are formed of a first curved part which is concavely bent inward, and a second curved part which is concavely formed inwards, between four edge parts.
