发明名称 COMPARISON ELECTRODE FOR DEEP-WATER INVESTIGATIONS
摘要 The invention relates to equipment for measurement of hydro-chemical parameters of water media in oceanographic, hydrographic and ecological investigations and can be used in different technological processes related to control of concentration (activity) of ions of dissolved substances. The electrode has body (1) as a cylinder that is attached through seal (2) to the tail element (3). In the body (1) through seal (4) of movable contact a container (5) is installed, this is arranged as a cup with flange. To the cavity of the container (5) a potential-forming element is placed, this comprises of silver wire (6) and paste AgCl/KCl surrounding it (7). The wire (6) with packing goes through axial opening provided in the bottom of the container (5). The container (5) is closed with the cover (8) where an axial opening (9) is provided, there filter is installed. To container (5) a corrugated pipe (10) is tightly installed, this is filled with solution KHl (11). With the other side the corrugated pipe (10) is tightly fixed on the bushing of salt bridge that is arranged as split and has broad section as a flange (12) with axial opening, and the narrow section as a rod (13) with axial through capillary opening (14). The rod (13) is turned through gasket (15) to the axial opening of the flange (12). At the side of the outer generatrix of the flange (12), normally to its axial line, pins (16) are installed. All the construction is installed to the cup (17) arranged with an axial opening in the bottom – for the rod (13), long cuts on its generatrix – for pins (16), and with threading by its outer surface. At the bottom of the cup (17) a spring (18) is installed, this supports the end of the flange (12). To the axial opening of the tail element (3) connector (21) is installed through gasket (22). Output of the wire (6) is soldered to the output of the connector (21) with a conductor (23) in insulation. Cavity of the body (1) formed with the end of the container (5) and the end of the tail element (3) is filled with electro-insulating liquid (24). Increase of reliability of operation of the electrode and improvement of its operational properties are achieved.
