PURPOSE: A power supply device capable of rapidly detecting presence of an input power source is provided to detect the time when the voltage level of a rectified AC power source is less than a reference level by rectifying an AC power source, and to inform normality or abnormality by counting the time when the voltage level of the rectified power source is less than a reference level, thereby enabling an electronic device to identify normality or abnormality. CONSTITUTION: A power supply device(100) includes a rectifying unit(110) which rectifies an AC power source; a power supply unit(120) which converts the rectified power source into a predetermined drive power source; and a detection unit(130) which detects the time when the voltage level of a rectified power source is less than a predetermined voltage level.
