<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that suppresses displacement of a refrigerant inlet pipe, a refrigerant outlet pipe and an electronic component caused by vibration and the like and requires a small number of components. <P>SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 comprises semiconductor modules 11 with semiconductor elements, a cooler 2 for cooling the semiconductor modules 11, and a reactor 3, all mounted on a frame 4. The cooler 2 includes a refrigerant inlet pipe 20 and a refrigerant outlet pipe 21 both projecting from one end of the frame 4. The frame 4 is mounted with the reactor 3 between the refrigerant inlet pipe 20 and the refrigerant outlet pipe 21. A fixing member 5 having a pair of pipe pressing portions 50 for pressing the refrigerant inlet pipe 20 and the refrigerant outlet pipe 21 against the frame 4, and a component pressing portion 51 for pressing the reactor 3 against the frame 4 is fastened to the frame 4.
