PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus and a communication system capable of simultaneously ensuring a communication quality and improving the use efficiency of a buffer.

SOLUTION: A communication system 301 comprises a master node 1 as the communication apparatus and slave nodes 3. Each slave node 3 comprises: plural buffers 33; an input port 31 for receiving an input of data from the output port 13 of the communication apparatus; a data sorting unit 32 which sorts the inputted data received by the input port 31 to a buffer 33 in accordance with the priority of the data; and a reading unit 34 which reads data stored in the buffer 33 in accordance with the priority of the buffer 33 and outputs the data.
