<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a merchandise purchaser and a merchandise seller using different languages to inquire and reply by their own using languages. <P>SOLUTION: A seller terminal, a purchaser terminal and an intermediary server are connected by the Internet. The intermediary server records order reception information uploaded by the seller terminal excluding individual information of a purchaser, and then transmits mail describing a link address for opening an inquiry screen under the name of the seller to the purchaser terminal. On the inquiry screen, a using language is selected by the purchaser. The intermediary server records the individual information and inquiry inputted by the purchaser, and translation of an inquiry sentence by a selected language of the purchaser is requested to an intermediary. After the translation is recorded, the fact that there has been an inquiry and the link address for opening a translated inquiry sentence are reported to the seller by mail.
