PURPOSE: A foreign language learning information providing system and a method thereof are provided to improve the learning efficiency of a second language based on the evaluation of writing information and a plurality of images corresponding to sentences having changed word order. CONSTITUTION: A learning sentence storage unit(2100) stores a learning sentence of a first language. A word order changing unit(2200) changes a word order of the first language to a word order of a second language. An image storage unit(2300) stores an image corresponding to words included in the learning sentence of the first language. A language information providing unit(2400) provides language information for learning the second language.
