<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of gene sets capable of appropriately performing biological evaluation by accurately performing experimental data expression analysis. <P>SOLUTION: The preparation method of gene sets comprises: a first step of obtaining expression experiment data of the genes, from experimental sets prepared to be able to compose multiple groups corresponding to subject matter to be examined; a second step of performing statistical verification for comparing expression experiment data among the multiple groups; a third step of setting a standard value for selecting genes significant to test statistics of the statistical test; and a fourth step of extracting significant genes from the third step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
