<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress scattering of light due to the rise of an outer edge, to make change in color and glossiness images inconspicuous, and to make the rising of the image inconspicuous. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid ejection device includes a head section for ejecting the liquid cured by the radiation of the light, a radiation unit for radiating the light, and a control section for controlling the head section and the radiation section. The control section forms the background by radiating the light from the radiation section after ejecting the liquid for the background to the medium from the head section, and forms the image by radiating the light from the radiation section after ejecting the liquid for image recording on the background from the head section. The control section controls so as to eject low brilliance liquid having the brilliance equal to or lower than those of the liquid for the background and the liquid for image recording from the head section on the part where the outer edge section of the background and the outer edge section of the image overlap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
