PURPOSE: A safe driving alarm system by detecting a pedestrian walking on a crosswalk is provided for a driver of a vehicle entering the crosswalk to easily recognize whether a pedestrian is walking on the crosswalk, by controlling a guide member to guide pedestrian guide information to the driver with the control of a control part of a guide part. CONSTITUTION: A pedestrian detecting part(10) comprises a human body detecting sensor(110), a light emitting part(120), a control part(130), and a frequency transmitting part(140). The human body detecting sensor is installed at the periphery of a crosswalk(5). The light emitting part emits light by a detecting signal of the human body detecting sensor. The control part compares a detecting time value and a standard time value for supplying or blocking power to the light emitting part. A guide part(20) comprises a memory part(210), a frequency receive part(220), a guide member(230), and a control part(240). The memory part stores pedestrian guide information. The guide member guides the pedestrian guide information to a vehicle driver.
