<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable machine capable of improving security. <P>SOLUTION: Vehicle information is added to a call signal used for two-way communication of a portable machine 2 and a security device 3, and the vehicle information is recorded in the portable machine 2. A specific application software is incorporated into a portable phone 4, the vehicle information recorded in the portable machine 2 is read by inputting a designated password, and this can be confirmed by the portable phone 4. Upon an inappropriate access by a portable phone 5, the portable machine 2 comes into a reading inhibition mode which inhibits reading of the vehicle information.
