<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool capable of efficiently removing burrs. <P>SOLUTION: The cutting tool 1 includes a roughly columnar holder 2 and a first cutting portion 3 located at the outer periphery 21 of the holder 2 and having a first cutting blade. The holder 2 has an insert pocket having an opening opened at the outer periphery 21. The first cutting portion 3 has a disk-like cutting insert at least a part of which is housed in the insert pocket, which has the first cutting blade at an edge, and in which a part of the first cutting blade is protruded outward from the opening, and an energizing means energizing the cutting insert housed in the insert pocket outward from the opening. The cutting insert has a center axis roughly perpendicular to the rotary shaft S1 of the holder 2, and is housed in the insert pocket so as to be rotatable around the center axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
