<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink which is manufactured by interconnecting fin units, composed of an extrusion material, with pressure and in which the number of fins can be increased without being limited by the extrusion material technique. <P>SOLUTION: A joint composed of an extraction material is placed between fin units to be connected, and a plate of good thermal conductivity is placed between the joint and the fin unit.
