PURPOSE: An input and output device using touch is provided to use only the touch function, thereby supplying a bidirectional broadcast service. CONSTITUTION: A content receiving unit(210) receives a broadcast content from a content providing server. An information conversion unit(220) analyzes the broadcast content and converts the broadcast content into touch output information. A display unit(230) displays the touch output information. A touch receiving unit(240) receives touch input information in response to the broadcast content. An information transmission unit(250) transmits the touch input information to a content providing server which transmits the broadcast content in response to the touch input information.
