<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the worsening of acoustic properties due to influence of a reflected sound from a baffle plate of a speaker. <P>SOLUTION: A baffle plate 14 of a speaker 1 is provided with speaker units 11, 12, and 13. The baffle plate 14 is also provided with five notches 15HU, 15HL, 15HR, 15ML, and 15MR. The further the distance from the speaker unit 11, the wider the widths of the notches 15HU, 15HL, and 15HR become.
