<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly efficiently and highly accurately present a correction amount of a correction weight when it is possible to set a measurement place and a tolerance for every rotation speed and make a residual stress value a tolerance or less, and present a mitigated index of a restriction condition when it is impossible to make the residual stress amount the tolerance or less. <P>SOLUTION: A method for balancing a rotary machine for reducing unbalance vibration by adding a correction weight is characterized in performing an optimization calculation using an influence coefficient, with ¾X component of residual vibration¾+¾Y component of residual vibration¾<limit value used as a restriction condition, and calculating a correction amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
