<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating toilet seat device of an induction heating type capable of suppressing local overheating even when damages such as cracks occur in a conductive material to maintain sitting feelings, and to provide the conductive material with high assemblability and manufacturability. <P>SOLUTION: The heating toilet seat device includes: a toilet seat; an induction heating coil for generating a magnetic field with supplied high-frequency currents; and a heat generation part which is provided in the toilet seat, and induction-heated with the magnetic field generated by the induction heating coil. The heat generation part includes; a plurality of cyclic conductive materials; and an insulating part which intervenes between the adjacent conductive materials.
