PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture changing unit capable of well transferring a workpiece in an erected posture to a conveyance unit. SOLUTION: A transfer part 20 holds the workpiece 3 disposed in a horizontal posture and transfers the workpiece 3 disposed in the erected posture to the conveyance unit. A swinging part 30 changes the posture of the workpiece 3 held by the transfer part 20 between the horizontal posture and the erected posture by swinging the transfer part 20. A pressing part 35 controls a load applied from a fixing mechanism of the conveyance unit to the workpiece 3. Thus, the fixing mechanism of the conveyance unit fixes the workpiece 3 and releases the workpiece 3 by the load applied from the pressing part 35 of the posture changing unit 10.
