A method for managing a wireless network efficiently by comparing and analyzing a KPI and a system thereof are provided to increase a net profit by transmitting a SMS, an e-mail etc automatically for a champion of each section in which an actual result is low. A method for managing a wireless network efficiently by comparing analysis of a KPI comprises the following steps of: storing standards of a result index related to a target and results of the wireless network management; sending a notifying message to a pertinent terminal in case the result index is not confirmed or not inputted within a predetermined period(S130); receiving the each result index inputted from a plurality of terminals according to the standards; and generating information through a comparing analysis between the result indexes(S190). |
