<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device etc. capable of efficiently giving guidance about an operation method and an input method etc. for a computer. <P>SOLUTION: A business operator who has authority to perform remote operation to a customer terminal is stored and an access permission request is received from a business operator terminal which the business operator uses. Processing to reject the access permission request from the business operator, processing to forcedly terminate use of the customer terminal and permit the access permission request, or processing to continue the use of the customer terminal and permit the access permission request is performed. Also, processing to permit or reject login to an account of the business operator is performed.
