<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit an influence of a failure to the minimum on the occurrence of the failure in an active hub of a duplication data transfer device in which two hubs are used, and to obtain normal communication. <P>SOLUTION: The duplication data transfer device includes: a first hub and a second hub each provided for data communication between a transmission source terminal and a transmission destination terminal; a plurality of communication ports provided in the first hub and the second hub for connection to the transmission source terminal or the transmission destination terminal; a relay processing unit for outputting data from a communication port connected to the transmission source terminal to a communication port connected to the transmission destination terminal, and for tentatively preserving the data; and a duplication control unit, provided for each communication port, for controlling communication with a terminal on the basis of whether the self-communication port acts as an active system or a standby system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
