PURPOSE: A mass exchanger is provided to enlarge a heat mass transfer medium easily and inexpensively, to improve reliability and life of a product, and to operate continuously. CONSTITUTION: A mass exchanger comprises a chamber(130), a first fluid path, a second fluid path, and a first and second fluid path switching units. The chamber has a heat mass transfer medium inside. The first fluid path comprises a first supply fluid path(114) and a first exhaust fluid path(124) connected to the chamber. The second fluid path is connected to the chamber, and comprises a second supply fluid path(126) and a second exhaust fluid path(116). The first and second fluid path switching units connect any one of the first and second fluid paths to the chamber selectively, and are equipped in the first and the second fluid paths, respectively.
