PURPOSE: A tape cover type tape cutter is provided to prevent noise generating in using a tape from being emitted by using a material absorbing the noise, thereby reducing the noise. CONSTITUTION: A tape cover type tape cutter comprises coverage surfaces(210,220). The coverage surfaces are arranged in both sides of a tape mounting point for preventing a leakage of noise generated in taping to outside. An internal space of a tape holder(200) where a tape is mounted in the tape cutter is designed to be hollow, thereby being utilized for handles.
