PURPOSE: A flat sheet pile manufacturing method is provided to manufacture flat sheet piles with an accurate shape of interlock parts and high joint strength. CONSTITUTION: A flat sheet pile manufacturing method comprises a first rolling step(10) for extending the web(a) of a rolled material(1) in the longitudinal direction, a second rolling step(20) for rolling the firstly rolled material to lengthen the upper flange(b) while shortening the lower flange(c), and a third rolling step(30) for gradually bending the secondly rolled upper flange through multiple rolling processes to form loop-type interlock parts bent to opposite sides at both ends of the web, wherein the third rolling step includes a bending step(32) for bending the interlock parts further before leading the rolled material into the final rolling mill. |
