The present invention relates to a film comprising poly octylcyanoacrylate for preventing tissue adhesion and a method for manufacturing same, and aims to facilitate treatment of the body through the film for preventing tissue adhesion, which is biodegradable inside the body and comprises an antibiotic or an anti-inflammatory, having the characteristic of a sustained-release agent, so that the antibiotic or the anti-inflammatory is slowly released as the film for preventing tissue adhesion dissolves inside the body. According to the present invention, provided is the film for preventing tissue adhesion and the method for manufacturing same, comprising the steps of: preparing a crude liquid for preventing tissue adhesion by first preparing a poly octylcyanoacrylate mixture by adding poly octylcyanoacrylate to an organic solvent and dissolving same, and adding the antibiotic or the anti-inflammatory to the poly octylcyanoacrylate mixture and mixing same; manufacturing the film for preventing tissue adhesion by injecting the crude liquid for preventing tissue adhesion into a mold and drying same for three to five hours at room temperature; and drying the film for preventing tissue adhesion in a dryer. |
