PURPOSE: A system for generating a complex expression of a robot by using fuzzy integral calculus is provided to naturally process a transition area which a face expression is changed corresponding to feeling, thereby enabling the supplying of natural feeling. CONSTITUTION: A fuzzy measurement value assignment unit(100) assigns a fuzzy measurement value for feeling based on relation of the feeling. A part calculation value generation unit(200) generates a part calculation value based on a current feeling state of a robot. A fuzzy integration unit(300) integrates the fuzzy measurement value and the part calculation value.
