PURPOSE: A beverage maker for extracting cartridges is provided to remove repulsive force against the pressure when pressing a receptacle embedded with a coffee cartridge and to improve a function of maintaining the pressed state stably. CONSTITUTION: A beverage maker for extracting cartridges comprises a housing, a cartridge receptacle, a cap, and a locking member. The locking member comprises a lever, a first link with first and second axes that are connected to a swing axis of the lever, a second link with a second axis that is connected to the second axis of the first link and a first axis that is coupled to an operated part between a fixed axis and the swing axis of the lever, and a third link with a first axis that is connected to the second axis of the second link and a second axis that is connected to the cap.
