PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a window or door frame is provided to prevent a nonmetallic frame from being damaged through a space in a joint part in thermal expansion due to temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a window or door frame comprises the following steps: extrusion-molding the inside of a metallic outdoor frame(10) to form an outer joint end(13) which is continuously formed with a first protrusion(11) and a first protrusion groove(12); extrusion-molding the outside of a synthetic resin indoor frame(20) to form an inner joint end(23) formed with a second protrusion(21) and a second protrusion groove(22) for inserting in the outer joint end; forming a space by separately joining the first protrusion with second protrusion groove and the first protrusion groove with the second protrusion; and joining the outer joint end with the inner joint end for lengthily cutting to equip the indoor frame with a welding length to thermally weld. |
