The device (7) has a channel (714) whose downstream end (714b) communicates with a nozzle (717). A bell (75) defines volume (751) opened in direction opposed at an upstream end (714a) of the channel. An output orifice (717a) of the nozzle is placed in the volume along direction of flow (F) of additive in the channel. A downstream end (717b) of the orifice is located between the downstream end of the channel and a free end (752) of the bell and below a distance (d1) greater than zero relative to the free end.
