TOUCH SCREEN PANEL USING CARBON NANOTUBES

PURPOSE: A capacitance TSP(Touch Screen Panel) using a CNT(Carbon NanoTube) is provided to form a transparent conductive film by using the carbon nanotube on a touch panel of a display device thereby improving transmittance and implementing slimness of a structure. CONSTITUTION: A window printing layer(12) is formed at an edge part of a film layer(11). A window of a display device is formed with the window printing layer. A passivation layer(16) is formed by coating a lower side of the window printing layer with coating solvent which adds a binder to organic solvent. A transparent conductive layer(17) is formed on a lower side of a passivation layer as a CNT material and is patterned. The transparent conductive layer comprises an electrode. A protective layer(18) is formed on a lower side of the transparent conductive layer and is coated with the coating solvent. The protective layer protects the transparent conductive layer.
