COMPLEX CHAMFERING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CYLINDERICLALLY GRINDING AND NOTCH GRINDING A CYLINDERICAL INGOT

PURPOSE: A device for complex chamfering an ingot on the circumference, capable of reducing the time to process the ingot and a method for cylindrical grinding and notch grinding a work using the same are provided to orifla process with a cup wheel type grinding stone using a reverse V-shaped stone as a notch processing stone. CONSTITUTION: A method for cylindrical grinding and notch grinding a work using a device for complex chamfering an ingot on the circumference comprises: a step of cylindrical grinding a work(w) on the circumference with a pair of cup wheel type grinding stones(10g); a step of finishing the work using one cup wheel type finishing grind stone(11g); a step of measuring the crystal orientation of a XRD turning point of the work; and a step of notch processing the work using a reverse V-shaped stone(12g) or orifla processing using the cup wheel type grinding stone.
