PURPOSE: A flexible metal film laminate plate is provided to improve electrical characteristics by including an adhesive resin layer having a lower dielectric constant and a dielectric dissipation factor. CONSTITUTION: A flexible metal film laminate plate includes an insulation film(10) a metal film(30,30') laminated at least on one side of the insulation film and an adhesive resin layer(20,20') interposed in between the insulation film and metal film. The adhesive resin layer includes a cyanate ester resin, and the cyanate ester resin includes fluoride resin powder and rubber component. The adhesive resin layer includes 10 to 90 parts by weight of the fluoride resin powder and 1 to 80 parts by weight of the rubber component. The fluoride resin powder included in the adhesive resin layer has the number average diameter less than 10 Mm. |
