PURPOSE: A dish for improving the freshness and maturity of food is provided to improve the freshness of food such as sashimi, seafood, and fruit, and to offer an antibiotic property and a sterilizing property. CONSTITUTION: A dish comprises a copperplate dish(30), a container(100) for supporting the copperplate dish, and a side cold air hole. Food is placed on the copperplate dish including multiple curved surface parts having cold air holes. The container includes a refrigerant housing part(110) and a downspout(120). The drain pan stores water from a refrigerant. The side cold air hole is directly connected to the refrigerant housing part of the container at the side of the copperplate dish, and discharges cold air. |
