PURPOSE: A self adhesive surfacing material and a method to glue the self adhesive surfacing material on an wood panel are provided to prevent the deterioration of product quality as the woven panel is inflated absorbing moisture even if a surfacing material with paper material is attached on the wood material. CONSTITUTION: A self adhesive surfacing material comprises a paper layer(21); a print layer(22) applied on the paper layer; the first coating layer(23) applied on the print layer; and the second coating layer(24) applied below the paper layer. The second coating layer applied on the paper layer gets the adhesion property being melted by heat. The first coating layer which is composed of urethane-acryl material; and the second coating layer which is composed of the mixture of an aqueous melamine resin and an aqueous heat seal adhesive are attached on the surface of the woven panel. The second coating layer is made mixing the aqueous melamine resin 40-60 wt% and the aqueous heat seal adhesive 40-60 wt% The method to attach the self adhesive surfacing material on the woven panel comprises a surfacing material producing process which manufactures a surfacing material with the adhesion property by melting once heat is applied while it maintains the state without the adhesion property in room temperature; and a laminating process that attaches the surfacing material on the woven panel by heating after lamination on the surface of the woven panel. The surfacing material producing process comprises a printing process which forms the print layer on the paper layer; and a coating process which forms the first coating layer on the print layer and the second coating layer below the paper layer. The first and the second coating layer maintain the solid state without the adhesion property in the room temperature. |
