<p>The method involves regulating a difference between a measured actual yaw rate and a desired yaw rate by a driver-independent intervention in a wheel brake and/or a steering, where the desired yaw rate is computed based on a vehicle model i.e. dynamic track model. A determination is made to check whether a quasi steady-state cornering is present such that a vehicle model parameter that describes a driving behavior of the vehicle is redetermined for an existing curve direction. A lateral tire stiffness of a rear axle is represented by the vehicle model parameter. An independent claim is also included for a system for adjusting a driving dynamics control for a vehicle.</p> |
