Composite bodies made of a carrier substrate composed of natural fibres, particularly paperboard, cardboard or reinforced paper, and at least one flexible film-forming substrate adhered thereto, wherein the connecting adhesive layer is produced from an aqueous, foamed, non-reactive adhesive. These composite bodies are particularly suitable for producing flat substrates which can be further processed into spatially shaped objects, such as book covers, folder covers or document containers.
