PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new enhancing agent for collagen density of gums excellent in permeability to gums when applied to an oral cavity, capable of increasing the collagen density of the gums, and further excellent in temporal stability in a various dosage forms.

SOLUTION: The invention relates to: the enhancing agent for collagen density consisting of a medium/long-chain polyphosphoric acid and an enhancing agent composition for collagen density containing the same; and method for enhancing the collagen density of gums for enhancing the collagen density of gums by applying the enhancing agent for collagen density of gums to an oral cavity.
