<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film preparation containing phenylephrine hydrochloride and capable of being quickly dissolved in the oral cavity. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided quickly soluble film preparations 1a-1h containing phenylephrine hydrochloride, which preparations are a film preparation comprising at least one shielding layer 5 containing hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and/or hydroxypropylcellulose, a saccharide and/or an excipient and no phenylephrine hydrochloride, and a medicine-containing layer 7 formed on the shielding layer and comprising species selected from hydroxypropylcellulose and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, and phenylephrine hydrochloride, wherein the hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and hydroxypropylcellulose in the shielding layer have specific dynamic viscosities, and the thickness t<SP POS="POST">2</SP>(μm) of the shielding layer satisfies specific relations to the area (cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>) of the preparation, the content (mass%) of each ingredient in the shielding layer and the content (mg) of the phenylephrine hydrochloride in the medicine-containing layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
