<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting diode controlling system and a method are provided to enhance a transmission speed by reducing the amount of an image data transmitting to the light emitting diode module. CONSTITUTION: A controller transmits an output demanding signal to a light emitting diode module. The light emitting diode module outputs an image data.
