PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing a fermented extract of Achillea millefolium, borage, Helichrysum, lady's mantle, and eucalyptus as an active ingredient is provided to ensure excellent solubility, affinity, and stability in various substrates, additives, and organic solvents, to improve skin elasticity, and to suppress inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.0001-30 wt% of a fermented extract of Achillea millefolium, borage, Helichrysum, lady's mantle, and eucalyptus. The fermented extract is prepared by fermenting a yeast extract of Achillea millefolium, borage, Helichrysum, lady's mantle, and eucalyptus, filtering the fermented liquid, concentrating, and drying. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a skin softener, a lotion, a nutrition cream, a massage cream, an essence, an eye cream, a cleansing cream, a cleansing foam, a cleansing water, a pack, a spray, or a powder.
