<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device, a light emitting device package, and a light unit are provided to improve the electrical reliability of the light emitting device, by enabling an insulating layer to support first, second and third light emitting structures stably. CONSTITUTION: A first light emitting structure(10) includes a first semiconductor layer of a first conduction type, a first active layer and a second semiconductor layer of a second conduction type. A first reflection electrode(17) is electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer under the first light emitting structure. A second light emitting structure(20) includes a third semiconductor layer of the first conduction type, a second active layer and a fourth semiconductor layer of the second conduction type. A second reflection electrode(27) is electrically connected to the fourth semiconductor layer under the second light emitting structure. A contact part is electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer and the second reflection electrode. An insulating ion implantation layer insulates a center region of the second semiconductor layer and an outer region of the second semiconductor layer electrically.</p> |
