PURPOSE: An apparatus for outputting a mock video signal is provided to generate the mock video signal of radar, thereby easily performing the performance test and new development of wake displaying equipment of the radar. CONSTITUTION: A radar rotation cycle changing unit (100) determines a radar rotation cycle for which the radar rotates one round. A direction reference signal generating unit (110) generates a direction reference signal by receiving the radar rotation cycle. An azimuthal resolution changing unit (120) determines a circumferential direction resolution of the radar by determining the frequency of a direction changing signal. A direction changing signal generating unit (130) generates the direction changing signal by receiving the frequency of the direction changing signal. A radio wave trigger signal generating unit (140) generates a radio wave trigger signal for indicating a point of time to transmit a radio wave through an antenna. A detecting signal frequency changing unit (150) determines the number of detecting a carrier wave. A carrier wave detecting signal generating unit (160) receives the frequency of a carrier wave detecting signal or a carrier wave detecting signal pattern and generates the carrier wave detecting signal.
