<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary motor actuator of which manufacture and assembly can be simplified. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary motor actuator includes: a base 2 configured by assembling a plurality of fan-shaped base segments 2a; an annular rail 6 configured by assembling a plurality of arcuate rail segments 6a; a plurality of movement blocks 5 attached to the annular rail 6 via a plurality of rolling elements movably in the circumferential direction; a table 3 mounted to the plurality of movement blocks 5; and a driving source 20 relatively rotating the table 3 with respect to the base 2.
