<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lighting device in which the melting of a wire harness is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle interior lighting device 1 includes: a functional part 2 housing a light source 4 and protecting the light source 4 from an outside shock and to which a hood 7 having a reflector function is attached to be detachable; and a design part 3 attached to an opening disposed at one surface of an interior material.
