<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand washing station including a container having a drainage pipe and a liquid dispenser for distributing fluid in the container. <P>SOLUTION: The receptacle of the hand washing station includes a heat exchanger having an external surface for thermally contacting a relatively hot fluid and an internal surface for thermally contacting a relatively cold fluid.
