<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric unit capable of protecting an electronic component from electrostatic breakdown due to electrostatic discharge to thereby prevent malfunction of a control circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A power board 24 is tightly mounted to brackets of a motor housing 32 serving also as a heat sink part 28 on a counter-reducer side of a brushless motor 18. The power board 24 and a control board 26 are mounted across a support member 25 in a stacked state with respect to the axial direction of the brushless motor 18. Positioning projections 29 provided on the support member 25 are each inserted into a through-hole of the control board 26 so that the control board 26 is positioned and fixed to the power board 24. A conductor 30 is embedded at the center of each of the positioning projections 29 so as to be integrally resin-molded. An end, on a cover 27 side of an ECU 12, of the conductor 30 is located closer to an inner face of the cover 27 than an electronic component 31 mounted on the control board 26 is.
