The invention relates to a bearing for a camshaft (10). According to the invention, a bearing frame (1) is provided which comprises a bearing point (1.1) for receiving a camshaft (10); a rolling-element cage (2) is provided; an outer sleeve (3) is provided; and said bearing frame (1), rolling-element cage (2) and outer sleeve (3) are designed and adapted to one another such that the outer diameter of the outer sleeve (3) is smaller than the inner diameter of the bearing point (1.1) and such that the outer diameter of the rolling-element cage (2) is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer sleeve (3). The invention also relates to a camshaft (10) which comprises at least one such bearing.
