PURPOSE: A method for providing an integration type member service which provides information and a proxy work service, a system thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to improve reliability of knowledge information or proxy work by securing accuracy and recentness of the knowledge information. CONSTITUTION: A request service is received from a member(S100). Member information, request service information of the member, and category information of a request service are inputted(S110). The member information and request service information of the member are transmitted to a manager terminal(S120). When an information search request necessary for performance of the request service is received from the manager terminal, knowledge information is searched through a knowledge management system and provides a result to the manager terminal(S130,S132,S134). A manager performs the request service(S140). A performance result for the request service is stored in a service history database by receiving the performance result from the manager terminal(S150).
