<p>A sole-free rain-proof shoe cover comprises a shoe cover (20), an elastic component (21), and a plurality of buckling pieces (22). The shoe cover is integrally formed by injection molding or hot-press molding. The side surface of the shoe cover is provided with an open type notch. An adhesive component (201) is arranged on the edge of the notch. Both side walls of the shoe cover are provided with a positioning piece (200).
